We’re assisting Bilytica in hiring a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Technical Lead) for their onsite engineering team.
📍 Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)
🕘 Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM | Mon–Fri
💼 Experience: 4+ Years (Senior Only)
⚠️ Junior profiles will not be considered.
🔧 Tech Stack: .NET / .NET Core | Angular | AWS | REST APIs | System Architecture
This role focuses on system design, scalable development, code reviews, and technical mentoring (no people management).
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level .NET / .NET Core applications for cloud-based environments.
- Translate business and functional requirements into clean, efficient, and scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to and improve system architecture focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
- Implement best practices in coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance using .NET Core capabilities and AWS services.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry standards.
- Identify, debug, and resolve complex software defects, performance bottlenecks, and security issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate progress, risks, and challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern development practices.
- Support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Senior .NET Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core.
- Solid expertise in Angular (frontend integration is mandatory).
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of API development and system architecture.
- Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable design.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
