Job Description
The successful applicant will be working in a SCRUM environment improving features and resolving issues on our CRM web application, research and events registration web portal, delivering our financial products seamlessly in a professional format to our clients.
The applicant should be eager to work for a growing company with a solid existing client base and new investment in turning an existing product into a highly marketable licensed software solution for other finance-based clients.
Education/Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- At least 2 years in web application/website development
- Good eye for implementing creative web designs and layouts
- Experience working with financial institutions could be an advantage but not necessary for the right candidate
- Good ability to read and quickly understand existing code
- Write clean, efficient, optimized and well formatted code with to-the-point commenting
Programming & Technical Experience Requirements
Experienced in:
- JavaScript (ES6 native, React.js, JQuery, JSON)
- RESTful API development (C#)
- Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
- HTML/CSS
Additional preference if experienced in:
- Docker
- C#
- ASP.NET
- Mozilla Web Components (Custom Elements)
- Elasticsearch
- XML Stylesheet Transformation (XSLT)
- Microsoft environments (Azure, Windows Server)
- Microsoft Server and Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Analytics programming (i.e. statistics, reporting, charts, etc)
