🚀 We're hiring: Fullstack Engineers (Python / Django, React, backend-heavy) — Onsite, Lahore
CoreWright is building its engineering team from the ground up, and we have 6 openings for engineers who've shipped real production systems — not tutorial projects.
This is a fullstack role with a strong backend emphasis: most of your work lives in the API and data layer, but you'll also build and own the React frontend that sits on top of it.
📍 Location: Lahore — this is a fully onsite role.

What we're looking for
Senior-level Django experience with real production deployments (not demo/tutorial work)
Deep understanding of ORM query optimization and N+1 elimination
Hands-on experience with Kafka or an equivalent event-streaming system
Ability to design and defend schema decisions, including index justification
Solid React skills for building and maintaining production frontends
Familiarity with service-mesh environments (mTLS, health endpoints, inter-service communication)
Strong written English for async collaboration across time zones
You can explain every line of code you write under direct questioning
We strongly prefer candidates who can demo real work — a live project, a repo, or a system you can walk us through and defend line by line.
