Short Brief
Full-time remote position, with 8 working hours per day (Flexible hours)
250,000 plus PKR gross monthly salary + performance-based bonuses

Essentials
Minimum 1 year of experience in the mobile game development industry
Knowledge of the mobile games market, trending genres, and success metrics
Ability to deconstruct games and identify their strengths and weaknesses
Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate effectively
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Design thinking and a user-centric approach to game development
Ability to receive and offer constructive feedback to improve on
Experience with scripting languages or a basic understanding;
Portfolio of released games as a game designer.
Required Skills
Creating and designing user flows and wireframe prototypes
Quickly creating mockups or sketches in brainstorming sessions
Strong sense of composition, color, and light
Passion for creating and playing mobile games.
Communicate your design decisions to the scrum team(s)
Experience in using mind mapping tools such as Miro or Notch
Ability to roughly sketch the concepts
Ability to use Figma or any relevant designer tools ie. photoshop
