About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Game Producer to lead the development of RPG and Web3 based games. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RPG games and the emerging Web 3 gaming ecosystem, as well as strong product management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the game development process from concept to launch, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of RPG and Web3 based games from concept to launch.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, art, engineering, and QA.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Manage risk and make trade-off decisions to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the gaming space.
• Apply product management skills to understand market trends, gather customer insights, and develop a product roadmap.
• Balance customer needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives to make product decisions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring products to market.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Game Producer, with a focus on RPGs and Web3 based games.
• Strong understanding of the game development process and ability to manage projects from concept to launch.
• Experience in project management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong product management skills, including market analysis, customer insights, and product roadmap development.
