About the Role
SandLab is looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Manager to join our Digital Marketing team!
If you have hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, optimizing advertising budgets, and generating quality leads for international clients, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who understands campaign performance, makes data-driven decisions, and knows how to turn advertising spend into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and develop effective PPC strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Set up and analyze conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Generate quality leads and continuously improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign results.
What We’re Looking For
Practical, hands-on experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and performance reporting.
Ability to analyze data and make informed optimization decisions.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on lead generation and measurable outcomes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
This is a full-time, office-based role at our I-10/3, Islamabad office. The selected candidate must be available to work onsite from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
