Switch Communications is on the lookout for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Graphic Designer Team Lead to lead visual storytelling across all platforms. If you're passionate about design and ready to take full ownership of brand visuals, we want you on board!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Uphold and evolve brand identity across all visual assets
Design for social media, digital ads, websites, presentations & print
Lead creative ideation and execution aligned with brand guidelines
Deliver visually compelling infographics and layouts
Present design rationale clearly to internal teams & stakeholders
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Own the complete design process from concept to delivery
🔸 Requirements:
Bachelor's in Design, Fine Arts or relevant field
2–4 years of proven graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, brand work & creative concepts
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Creative thinking with attention to aesthetics and detail
Strong communication and project management skills
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus
