We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Lahore-based team. With 8+ years of professional experience, you will lead the design efforts for web and mobile platforms, delivering seamless, user-centric, and visually engaging solutions.
This is an onsite role, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful digital experiences tailored to our users’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership:
• Lead the UI/UX design process, from research and ideation to final implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Define and enforce design standards and best practices across all projects.
2. User Research & Experience Design:
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs.
• Design user flows, personas, and journey maps to inform and guide the design process.
• Ensure designs are responsive, intuitive, and optimized for a wide range of devices.
3. Collaboration & Communication:
• Work onsite with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Present design concepts and solutions clearly, incorporating feedback into iterative processes.
4. Design Systems:
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability principles.
5. Optimization & Innovation:
• Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and feedback to improve designs.
• Stay updated on global UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Technical Tools Requirements:
• Expertise in industry-standard tools:
• Adobe Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign.
• UI/UX Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure RP, Balsamiq.
• Prototyping & Usability Tools: Marvel, Principle, Framer, Hotjar, Maze, Zeplin.
• Collaboration Tools: Miro, FigJam, Trello, Jira, or similar.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel for user data insights is a plus.
• Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG standards), and user psychology.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
