•Develop creative innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects that might include logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website elements, etc.
• Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic while receiving and incorporating feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.
• Understand the narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
• Edit and mix audio elements, including, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.
• Handle camera on some occasions and capture footage as and when required for the video content.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and after effects) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro ,etc.
2. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.
3. Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines
5. Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
6. Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus.
