Job Description
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The designer will be responsible for developing compelling, on-brand visual content across digital, print, and on-ground applications — helping shape the visual identity of the project.
This is a contract-based role requiring immediate availability and strong delivery over a 5–6 week period.
Key Responsibilities.
- Design visual content for digital campaigns, social media posts, billboards, posters, and print ads.
- Create branding collateral.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to execute a singular visual style across the whole project.
- Develop branded content for Instagram, Facebook.
- Collaborate with vendors and print houses to ensure design specifications are accurate for large-scale materials.
- Manage a shared drive or cloud-based design library with finalized assets.
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring creative variations based on the performance lineup, theme, and sponsor inputs.
- Respond to time-sensitive content needs leading up to and during the festival.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in entertainment, events, media, or agency settings.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
- Ability to design in line with brand guidelines and develop event-specific visual identities.
- Familiarity with video streaming overlays and social motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
- Capable of working under tight timelines and responding to feedback with quick turnarounds.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required.
Bonus Skills(Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Experience with motion graphics or animation
- Knowledge of stage and event branding formats
