Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media content — feeds, stories, carousels, and ads — that is fresh and consistent with our brand identity
- Create marketing materials including banners, emailers, presentations, and digital ads
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Utilize AI design tools to enhance efficiency while preserving creative originality
- Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams on campaign execution
- Stay updated on design trends and proactively contribute new ideas
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva AI
- A strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Good to Have:
- Experience designing for performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Display)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with Figma
- Experience with motion graphics or animated content
