Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islamabad. We are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Designer to join our team! In this role, you will focus primarily on graphic design while also supporting and managing our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. You should be passionate about creating visually compelling content that tells our brand story and engages our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality graphics for digital and print materials (social media posts, brochures, ads, banners, presentations, etc.)
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Edit and retouch images, as needed.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates.
- Manage social media calendars and assist with community engagement (likes, comments, DMs).
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print mediums
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Good understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Basic video editing skills (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
