We're Hiring: Graphic & Motion Designer
TintSol Limited is looking for a designer to shape how our brands look, move and speak on social media.
What you'll do
• Design static and animated social content: posts, carousels, Stories and paid ad variations
• Edit short-form video and create motion graphics, including app walkthroughs and feature explainers
• Plan and run content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and X, and track what performs
• Build reusable templates so content stays consistent and fast to produce
• Create app store visuals, campaign creatives and promotional banners
What you bring
• 1–3 years in graphic and motion design, ideally with social-first work
• Arabic-first design skills: Arabic typography, RTL layouts, bilingual Arabic/English compositions, Arabic captions in video
• Strong in Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere Pro (CapCut is a plus)
• Can turn a simple brief into polished, on-brand content on deadline
⭐ Nice to have
• Experience with tech, startup or app brands
• Basic filming/photography or 3D skills (Blender, Cinema4D)
• Understanding of paid social and basic analytics
