DVAGO - Pharmacy & Wellness Expert is looking for a Hardware & Data Center Executive to join our dynamic IT team. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in hardware and basic data center operations, this opportunity is for you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware issues (laptops, desktops, POS)
• OS installation, system configuration & software support (SAP, Retail Pro, Zoho Mail)
• Handle L2 level IT support issues
• Manage printers, scanners & storage devices (HDD/SSD)
• Assist in server setup, monitoring & data center operations
• Maintain IT inventory & coordinate with vendors
• Support new branch IT setups and ensure operational readiness
🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
• 2 - 4 years of relevant IT support experience
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
• Basic knowledge of servers, storage systems & POS/retail environment
