Job Description

This is a full-time on-site "Head of Digital Marketing" role. The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, lead generation, and web analytics. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and brand awareness and optimize conversion rates.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing to achieve business objectives.
  • Take ownership of social media channels, create engaging content, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation workflows to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Actively participate in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

 

2. Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful digital content.

 

3. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

 

4. Analysis and Reporting:

  • Regularly report the progress of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights, analytics, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement tracking and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, and analyze data to optimize performance and drive ROI.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Head or in a similar leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Marketing and Digital Strategy skills
  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Web Analytics skills to draw insights and improve performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams
  • B2B marketing is an added advantage
