We are looking for motivated self-starters used to working in a telecommuting IT Support Team environment. The successful candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills in English and have previous experience working as an enterprise Helpdesk, MSP, or NOC Technician.
Technical Requirements:
A strong understanding and capability to Support Microsoft Domain Networking and related Server Systems Administration of Microsoft Products and Online O365 Services.
Basic Cisco Networking, Security, and Firewall administration, Excellent End-User Customer Service and Support (preferred CCNA Certified) required.
Familiarity with Industry Standard MSP RMM and NSM tools like Solarwinds or other enterprise Monitoring tools or PSA experience is desired.
At a Minimum having used iLO, DRAC, and other network OOB Server Management tools and being able to configure SNMP for Network Management will be critical to the job.
Some Vmware and HyperV experience is a Plus but additional training will be provided
From Lahore, fresh graduates with MCSE and CCNA certification and excellent English communication can also apply.
