We are expanding our IOT Team and actively looking for Industrial IoT and Automation Engineer.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as Automation Engineer.
· Must have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science electrical or mechatronics.
· Location: Lahore (Defence Road, near University of Lahore)
Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using PLCs (Siemens TIA, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
· Program and configure SCADA systems (WinCC, Ignition, Wonderware, etc.).
· Integrate industrial automation systems with IoT and cloud platforms.
· Able to work with industrial networks and their integrations with software networks.
· Develop HMI interfaces for monitoring and controlling industrial processes.
· Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, Profibus ,MQTT, Ethernet/IP).
· Understand processes to analyze, optimize and present them in an efficient manner.
· Perform maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of automation and IoT systems.
· Optimize process workflows and equipment performance using automation and IoT tools.
· Implement Industrial IoT (IoT) solutions for real-time data acquisition and monitoring.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation and IoT with existing
systems.
· Create detailed documentation for automation, IoT processes, and troubleshooting
guides.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in automation and IoT
projects.
· Implement data analytics and visualization tools for industrial systems.
· Familiarity with robotic systems, motion control, and predictive maintenance technologies.
· Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for industrial networks, SCADA, and IoT systems.
