Job Description
Skills Required:
Effective Communication, Technical document writing (BRD, SRS, FSD), Balsamiq, Scheduling and Time Management, Wireframing, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create detailed functional requirements and development artifacts such as workflow diagrams, business rules, data mapping spreadsheets, and/or wire-
- Develop and run test scripts for clients to validate business.
- Develop Business Requirement Document (BRD), SRS and FSD.
- Assist development teams as they translate business requirements into software-specific requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Be an interface between technology teams, service/support teams, and business
- Continue to provide support to the project at all stages with the objective of maintaining continuity of all information and quality of the final
- Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services.
- Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
- Efficiently integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
- Oversee all aspects of Project Lifecycle from requirements to testing and preparing go-Live runbooks, must have awareness of Agile projects and Jira.
- Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
- Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
Other Requirements:
- Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
- Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
- Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
