A fast growing British Ed-Tech start-up is looking for an IT Executive for its Karachi office (DHA Phase II- Extension). The person appointed will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of all IT infrastructure and systems as per the requirements, specifications and timelines.
Job description:
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Mac platforms
- Regularly evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Resolving all IT systems and software issues
- Supporting day-to-day operations of the overall computer network.
- Installation and Management of security systems and PABX networks
- Assist with management of website and other social media platforms
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate with any computer science related diploma
- Experience with data & reporting.
- Hands-on experience in providing user end support, troubleshooting OS related issues, high-performance computing solutions, system hardening and optimising workload performance.
- Skilful at backups and recovery.
