Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented professionals for the roles of Assistant Manager and Manager – Business Development (International). The ideal candidates will have a strong command of English, proven experience in international client acquisition, and the ability to lead with strategic vision and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new international clients
- Lead and manage end-to-end business development efforts, from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
- Maintain and optimize CRM pipelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and improve the client acquisition process
- Mentor junior team members (Manager Role) and contribute to training & performance reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years (Assistant Manager) / 3-4 years (Manager) experience in international business development or B2B sales
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Results-driven, analytical, and strategic thinker with a professional demeanor
- Previous international call center or IT sales experience is a strong plus
