Key Responsibilities
🔹 Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
🔹 Manage Windows Servers (2003/2008/2012/2019).
🔹 Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and network security.
🔹 Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
🔹 Perform regular system and database backups and recovery.
🔹 Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
🔹 Install, upgrade, and configure new hardware and software.
🔹 Manage IP Cameras, CCTV Systems, DVRs, and NVRs.
🔹 Coordinate with external IT vendors and ensure smooth IT operations.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✅ 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Support or System Administration.
✅ Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server Administration
LAN/WAN Networking
Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
SQL Server Database Backup & Recovery
CCTV & IP Camera Systems
Microsoft Office
✅ Good knowledge and practical use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, AI-powered productivity tools) to enhance efficiency, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and daily IT operations.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
