🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices
• Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and system-related issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and perform routine system maintenance
• Assist in managing data backups, antivirus solutions, and information security measures
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and IT services
• Support ERP and other business applications to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with company IT policies
🎓 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
✔ 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Management
✔ Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals
✔ Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configurations
✔ Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
✔ Understanding of cybersecurity practices, antivirus management, and data protection principles
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
