Join Expert BOS as an IT Executive to manage and secure technology infrastructure for US client operations.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, network systems, and endpoint security.
• Proactively monitor IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, implement security best practices, and ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of the organization's technology environment while providing technical support during night shift operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Administration or Technical Support.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, networking, DNS and domain management, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview Information Barriers, VPN configuration, and network security protocols.
