Position: IT Executive
📍 Location: Lahore

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT Executive to oversee IT support operations and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support to retail outlets and the head office.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
Monitor internet connectivity, LAN/WAN, network devices, and business applications.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, internet, software, and technical services.
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, reports, backups, security, and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant IT support experience, preferably in retail.
Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Previous experience with POS systems will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic cybersecurity skills.
Willingness to travel to or visit retail outlets when required.
