Required Experience: 3 years in surveillance monitoring and network engineering
Complete JD:
Manage and administrate NVR systems and CCTV cameras.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on CCTV systems.
Maintain accurate records of CCTV footage and ensure compliance with data regulations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Ensure availability of user data, Outlook emails, and software applications.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
Maintain IT documentation and support logs.
Assist with POS and ticketing system maintenance.
Perform routine maintenance tasks like backups and virus checks.
Any Further Details:
Cisco basic expertise required
Networking diploma/certification preferred
