📢 We’re Hiring: IT Head – Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Ltd.
📍 Lahore (with regular travel to Renala Khurd Plant & Regional Sales Offices)
🕴️ Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Mitchell’s is looking for a dynamic IT Head to lead our technology strategy, strengthen cybersecurity, optimize ERP systems, and ensure reliable operations across our head office, plant, and field teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop a 3-year IT strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Own and optimize ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, HR).
- Lead system upgrades/integrations (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).
- Build enterprise reporting dashboards (Data Warehouse, Power BI).
- Ensure strong cybersecurity, DRM, backups & business continuity.
- Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors & SLAs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 12–15 years of IT leadership experience (manufacturing/FMCG preferred).
- Proven ERP ownership and infrastructure leadership.
- Strong cybersecurity, audit, and DR experience.
- Certifications (ITIL, PMP/Prince2, CISSP/CISM, Azure/AWS) are a plus.
🔹 First 90-Day Priorities
- ERP, network & cybersecurity health check.
- IT roadmap & budget with quick wins.
- Stabilize service desk SLAs & monthly IT dashboard.
- Validate disaster recovery & incident response processes.
- Initiate the digital transformation journey.
