Headstart School is looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead and manage the school’s complete IT infrastructure across multiple campuses.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on expertise in networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems integration (LMS, HRM, SAP, ERP).
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Oversee, plan, and maintain IT infrastructure across all campuses
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Huawei, MikroTik, and Unifi network devices
Manage VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and routing
Administer and secure AWS Cloud and Google Workspace for Education
Implement and integrate LMS, HRM, SAP, and ERP systems
Lead IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management
Ensure robust cybersecurity and data protection practices
Mentor IT staff and develop IT policies, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans
🎓 Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Technology (Master’s preferred)
Mandatory: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM
4–6 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure and network administration
Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relations
