📍 Location: Karachi
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 Years
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Oversee and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, MikroTik firewalls, and Grandstream access points
• Ensure optimal network performance, availability, and security
• Manage IP telephony systems (Grandstream UCM PBX & IP phones) to ensure seamless communication across all sites
• Provide remote IT support to users and branch offices
• Lead, manage, and mentor a distributed IT team
• Administer server infrastructure, including RAID storage systems
• Ensure uptime, reliability, and efficient data center operations
• Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Ensure rapid system recovery and data protection during failures
• Manage IT projects including planning, execution, and timely delivery
• Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management
• Maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their business applicability
