* Ensure 99.9%+ availability of critical systems during peak operating hours.
* Manage and integrate CCTV, access control, attendance, and security monitoring systems in coordination with security teams.
* Own end-to-end management of:
• Ticketing systems
• POS systems (Hands on Experience)
• RFID
• Queue management systems
• Ride control interfaces
* Support online ticketing platforms, mobile apps, digital wallets, and cashless payment solutions.
* Define and enforce IT security policies, access controls, firewalls, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools.
•Implement and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
•Define and track SLAs for system uptime, response time, and resolution time.
•Implement automation opportunities, in accordance with organizational technological / business roadmap, to reduce manual processes and manpower dependency.
•Enable digital initiatives to enhance guest experience, queue efficiency, safety, and operational visibility.
