🔹 Role Summary
We’re looking for IT Network Support Specialists to provide day-to-day network and IT support, handle troubleshooting, and ensure stable and secure infrastructure operations for internal systems.
🔹 Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, Network+, etc.) are a plus.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ Experience troubleshooting LAN / WAN / VPN
✅ Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
✅ Basic knowledge of firewalls and routing (Cisco / Mikrotik / Fortinet preferred)
✅ Experience with monitoring tools and incident handling (ITIL is a plus)
✅ Good communication and documentation skills
✅ Self-driven, motivated candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
