Position: IT Officer

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 60,000
Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to employees (onsite and remote) and resolve technical issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
Monitor systems, perform backups, and handle regular maintenance
Assist with IT equipment setup, procurement, and repairs
Support cybersecurity tasks (updates, malware detection, risk assessment)
Work across Mac and Windows environments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
6 months – 1 year of IT support/technical assistance experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with both Mac and Windows OS
Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability
Growth and learning mindset with a desire to develop new skills
Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and handle challenges independently
