Role Overview:
We’re looking for an IT Officer with 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience to manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot issues, and support our growing team.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and hardware
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support
- Install, configure, and update software & systems
- Ensure data security and system backups
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services
- Support users across departments for IT concerns
🎯 Requirements:
- 1.5–2 years of relevant IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and system support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
