Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our team! As an IT Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in resolving hardware, network, system, and software issues. You will also train engineers, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Oversee technical processes, ensuring systems operate smoothly, resolving issues efficiently, and improving workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with senior project managers to design and implement project strategies, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of client projects, ensuring that any technical issues are handled promptly and effectively.
Supervise and support junior technical coordinators and field technicians, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate and monitor the execution of project timelines, ensuring that all technical milestones are met in accordance with client specifications.
Analyze network infrastructures, including LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and cabling, troubleshooting and providing solutions for complex technical issues.
Lead the documentation process, ensuring technical processes and project reports are comprehensive, accurate, and clear.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, recommending tools and practices that contribute to business growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Networking, or telecommunications from a reputed university or institute
- CCNA/CCNP Certified
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills.
