IT Project Manager
Location: Karachi – Head Office

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong grasp of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and POS solutions in the restaurant industry? Join a fast-growing company driving digital transformation in hospitality!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle IT and ERP projects across multiple locations
• Oversee POS systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity measures
• Translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Manage ERP customizations, integrations & deployment
• Ensure smooth interaction between kitchen display, inventory & finance systems
• Build timelines, manage budgets & vendor relationships
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, support & training for IT operations
• Drive data protection, IT security, and compliance efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of project management in IT/ERP (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong in IT networks, cloud, cybersecurity & infrastructure
• Familiar with POS, inventory systems, SQL, APIs & reporting tools
• PMP, ITIL or similar certifications are a plus
• Excellent stakeholder communication & problem-solving skills
