As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, network administrators, data scientists, and more.

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent with the help Director of Recruiting and Marketing.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to offer acceptance.

• Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruiting
