We are hiring an IT & Software Engineer to manage our IT infrastructure and support software development needs for international engineering projects. This hybrid role ensures smooth IT operations while also developing custom applications, integrations, and tools to enhance collaboration with global teams.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
-Manage IT networks, servers, email systems, and cloud platforms.
-Troubleshoot software, hardware, and security issues.
-Configure and maintain CCTV, biometric systems, and collaboration tools.
-Develop and maintain in-house software tools to support engineering workflows.
-Support database management and automation processes.
-Provide technical training to staff on IT systems and software tools.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
-2–4 years’ experience in IT support + software development.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐧:
-Programming languages (Python, Java, C#, or similar).
-Database management (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
-Web/app development frameworks (preferred).
-Windows/Linux server management.
-Knowledge of AutoDesk AEC Cloud, Primavera integration, or BIM collaboration tools is a strong plus.
