IT Support Assistant (Level 1)
Experience: Fresh or 1+ year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Location: Karachi
Job Type: Full Time (On-Site)
Salary Range: 40K to 45K
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Windows installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with laptops, desktops, and applications.
Provide network assistance for connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN.
Manage support tickets by logging, tracking, and escalating when necessary.
Assist clients in resolving technical challenges for a seamless experience.
Perform routine maintenance checks and updates to ensure smooth system operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Diploma in Information Technology (DIT).
knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
