Magnacrete Pvt Ltd, Pakistan’s largest and fastest-growing concrete building products company, is looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
🔹 Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
🔹 Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
🔹 Manage and support VMware environments, including virtual machines and servers.
🔹 Ensure SAP B1 HANA system stability, troubleshooting, and user support.
🔹 Provide support for Apple Mac OS devices, ensuring seamless integration with the network.
🔹 Maintain data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
🔹 Assist in ERP and software implementation and troubleshooting.
🔹 Support employees with IT-related queries and training.
🔹 Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
✅ 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and Apple Mac OS.
✅ Experience with VMware virtualization and server management.
✅ Hands-on experience with SAP B1 HANA support and troubleshooting.
✅ Knowledge of firewalls, routers, and cloud platforms is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
