We’re hiring for an experienced IT Support Engineer to support one of our FMCG clients in Lahore.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience
-Strong communication skills
-Expertise in repairing laptops, desktops, printers, UPS systems
-Basic knowledge of BSOD troubleshooting
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Handle hardware repairs and maintenance (laptops, printers, UPS)
-Provide on-site and remote support for hardware & printing issues
-Manage hardware procurement and vendor coordination
-Install and configure Windows systems
-Assist with IT projects, audits, and documentation
-Collaborate with the IT team and maintain professionalism
