Prime X – Bahria Enclave Branch is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our onsite team.
📍 Location: Bahria Enclave, Islamabad

💵 Salary: Upto 60k

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, IP phones & peripherals
• Troubleshoot Windows, software, email, VoIP & network issues
• Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, switches & internet connectivity
• Monitor and maintain **CCTV & access-control systems**
• Manage user accounts, system access & IT assets
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and workstation setup
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory and security records
Requirements:
• 1+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, TCP/IP, DHCP & DNS
• Experience with CCTV and access-control systems
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• BPO/Call Center IT experience is a plus
