Transworld Home is looking for IT Support Executive
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware faults
Manage inventory and stock management with up-todate asset tagging
Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Work continuously on a task, until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
SKILLS, EXPERTISE AND HANDS ON EXPERIENCE
Oral and written communication skills
Technical and analytical skills
Diagnosing skills
Detail oriented
identification of process improvements
Microsoft certification in desktop administration would be added value
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of relevant experience
Minimum Bachelor's in IT discipline.
