◾ Provide day-to-day IT support across the company.
◾ Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
◾ Troubleshoot network, system, and security issues.
◾ Support users in-person and remotely with technical queries.
✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
◾ Good understanding of Windows/Mac OS, basic networking.
◾ Familiar with troubleshooting hardware, printers, routers.
◾ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
◾ IT certifications (like CompTIA A+/Network+) are a plus.
