✅ What You’ll Do:
🔹 Set up & manage company IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems
🔹 Install, configure & maintain software, including Outlook, security tools, attendance systems, and business apps
🔹 Ensure smooth operation of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
🔹 Provide technical support for employee hardware/software issues & troubleshooting
🔹 Manage user accounts, access control & IT policies
🔹 Monitor system performance, security risks & backups
🔹 Document IT processes & ensure compliance with best security practices
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
✅ 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management
✅ Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), cloud platforms, and security best practices
✅ Hands-on experience with Windows & macOS troubleshooting
✅ Experience managing Microsoft 365, Outlook, VPNs, and firewalls
✅ Ability to work independently & handle IT challenges efficiently
