🔧 Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
🔹 Provide support for day-to-day IT operations and system monitoring
🔹 Install and configure software and hardware for users
🔹 Collaborate with the IT team on tech-related projects
🔹 Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions
💡 Requirements:
🔹 Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
🔹 Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and IT troubleshooting
🔹 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach
