A Leading Insurance Company is looking for a IT Support Manager Networking to develop and execute the company’s technology strategy while ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of IT systems across head office and branch networks.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee IT infrastructure performance, security, and availability.
Manage hardware, networking operations, vendor negotiations, and procurement.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, IT governance, and regulatory standards.
Lead cybersecurity risk management, incident response, and emergency protocols.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and safeguard implementation.
Provide technology insights and reports to senior leadership.
Lead special IT projects as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
