IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST Required
The individual would be responsible to provide technical support via telephone, Tickets, email, and screen share sessions.
This involves answering questions on the function and usage of MS products and healthcare applications, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with software, and deploying necessary configuration changes/patches.
Key Requirements:
BS Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills in English.
Ability to work as per US working environment & Prior experience of providing support to US users are must
Skills: Microsoft Applications American English, Analytical Support, awareness on Google Products usage
