IT Support Specialists Required.
The individual would be responsible to provide technical support via telephone, Tickets, email, and screen share sessions. This involves answering questions on the function and usage of MS products and healthcare applications, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with software, and deploying necessary configuration changes/patches.
*Key Requirements :
BS Computer Science.
*3 to 5 years of experience* in similar role preferred.
*Excellent Communication Skills in English*.
Ability to work as per US working hours/247 environment.
Prior experience of providing support to US users are must
