Required Qualification:
Graduate (BSCS)
2-3 Years’ experience required in IT Support.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose & resolve hardware issues in systems, Laptops, and Peripherals.
Support industrial tablets and IPads.
Support File Server & Quota Management (User Profile/Data)
Managing print server.
IP PABX Management.
Support all network passive activity such as switches & rack Maintenance.
Support Video Conferencing System including cloud base Zoom & MS Teams.
Provide ICT Support to Executives, Users & Guests.
Inventory management and documentation.
Salary Scale 80-90K
