𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and MongoDB to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable backend services, designing APIs, and developing high-performance applications that integrate with modern frontend systems and enterprise platforms.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
Backend Development
• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for business applications
• Build scalable backend services and microservice components
Database & System Architecture
• Design and manage MongoDB (NoSQL) databases
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems
• Optimize queries and data models for efficiency
Integration & Collaboration
• Integrate backend services with frontend applications (Angular is a plus)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to deliver new features
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications for improved performance
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• 4+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework
• 3+ years of experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of software development best practices (testing, CI/CD)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams
𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞
• Experience with Angular for frontend integration
• Experience with Ms Azure
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
