1. Extensive hand on experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
2. Extensive Knowledge of Spring Integration and Spring Microservices framework.
3. Experience with Docker (for deployments and configuration).
4. Experience in development using AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming) and TDD (Test Driven Development).
5. Experience in monitoring frameworks like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
6. Knowledge of open source tools like Apache Kafka
